Advisor perspectives

These editorial paraphrases of genuine Fora advisor reports are published with permission. The labels distinguish overnight stays, site inspections and professional working relationships. They are not LuxeDesk guest testimonials; experiences and benefits relate to the reported visit or relationship and are not current guarantees.

Professional working relationship

While arranging JW Marriott El Convento Cusco for several families traveling together, the advisor found the email exchanges acceptable but the handling of arrival deeply disappointing. The hotel had confirmed connecting rooms for the families who requested them, yet those rooms were not provided at check-in. Extra bottled water was also missing despite three requests and an effort to obtain confirmation. The advisor felt these failures, after extensive correspondence, undermined trust in the hotel as a booking partner. They advised getting arrangements confirmed in writing both when booking and immediately before the clients' arrival.
