Questions, answered
Before you book
- How do I start planning a stay?
- Send your destination or preferred property, dates, number of travelers and priorities through the inquiry form. We review the request and discuss suitable options.
- Does an inquiry confirm my booking?
- No. An inquiry starts a conversation. Availability, the room category, the price and the complete terms must be confirmed before you commit.
- Are breakfast, upgrades or hotel credits guaranteed?
- Only benefits explicitly confirmed in the eligible rate terms should be treated as included. Program participation, upgrade availability and credit restrictions vary by property and booking.
- Will I earn hotel loyalty points?
- Eligibility depends on the program, property, booking channel and rate. Confirm earning, elite recognition and any member requirements before booking; a catalog association is not a guarantee.
- What are the cancellation rules?
- Cancellation deadlines and penalties are specific to the rate and dates. Ask for the exact deadline, its time zone, and the consequences of changing or canceling your stay.
- When do I pay, and are there extra fees?
- Ask for the full quote, including deposits, payment dates, taxes, resort charges and any service fees that apply. Do not assume that a displayed description includes every charge.
- What if a property has no current offer?
- The absence of an imported promotion does not mean that the property is closed or sold out. Ask about your dates and other booking options.
- Can I book an expired offer?
- Expired offer pages retain historical terms for reference. Their old conditions cannot be booked as a current promotion; use the hotel link or current alternatives.
- Can you arrange accessibility, family or dietary requests?
- Include the details in your inquiry. Room layouts, access features, occupancy, meals and special arrangements need confirmation with the property; submitting a request does not confirm it.
- How are news and hotel guides prepared?
- Our editorial team uses identifiable sources and separates announced plans from confirmed openings. News is not a live availability feed. Source links and review dates accompany our new reporting.
