From pickup in Cusco, the guests felt well looked after. They found the hotel delightful, central to San Blas yet calm and welcoming. The clean, beautifully decorated rooms had thoughtful touches including tea, cucumber-mint water and hot-water bottles at night. Staff were consistently courteous and helpful, and breakfast included with their stay was delicious. They also enjoyed a high-quality scrub and massage, welcome after long days. They would return and readily recommend the hotel.

The guests loved the beautifully designed hotel and wished they could stay longer. Staff were kind and allowed a late checkout when the guests were feeling unwell during that stay. The hotel arranged pickup from the railway station and transport to the airport, including handling payment to the driver; the guests believed a local taxi was used. Walls were somewhat thin and activity upstairs could be loud, but they would still recommend the hotel.
