Professional working relationship
For an Il Salviatino client booking, the originally allocated Junior Suite felt dark and attic-like to the guests. The hotel responded very well and moved them to a beautiful Greenhouse Suite. The advisor appreciated that recovery, while retaining the initial room concern as something to consider when choosing a future Junior Suite.
