For a two-night visit, the guests upgraded on arrival to a high-level suite with separate living and sleeping areas, walk-in closet, breakfast nook and one-and-a-half bathrooms. They valued the calm hotel, excellent accommodation, Mimo meals and attentive pool service. They wondered whether pool day passes might bring non-guests, but reported no actual problem during their own visit.
