The guests liked the location for walking to Midtown and Hillsboro Village, a donut shop opposite and short rides to Broadway, Germantown and East Nashville. However, lifts were slow and the common areas, finishes and décor felt very dated for the cost, although this did not spoil their stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, including delivering flowers to the guest's mother's room as a surprise before check-in. They would return.
