The guest found the bed excellent and praised reliable housekeeping, showers and toiletries, but thought service fell short for the price. A credit-card omission at check-in led to three intrusive follow-ups, including visits while showering and sleeping, and room service still reported no card on file. Three staff members gave inconsistent answers about buying shampoo. Airport transport was described as a shuttle outside, but proved to be a street-side public bus whose stops made it unsuitable for their flight, adding a taxi cost after a transit-card purchase. The concierge seemed reluctant over a reservation change, personal touches were missing, and the impressive-looking breakfast disappointed with oily or lukewarm dishes, dry pastries and limited fruit. A comfortable, well-kept stay, but not the luxury service they expected.
