The guest enjoyed five nights and received an upgrade at check-in to a spacious, exceptionally clean, quiet room with a comfortable bed, bathtub, walk-in shower and separate toilet. During that stay, the complimentary minibar was replenished daily, and wine, locally made Korean rice snacks and face masks were provided as a welcome amenity. The team offered a welcome drink and a seat while handling the luggage; later they invited the guest to wait inside for a taxi rather than in the summer humidity. Breakfast combined Korean and Western choices, with particularly good made-to-order coffee drinks included. Apgujeong station, shops and restaurants were close by. The airport limousine bus stopped a few blocks away. They were very happy with the room, service and conveniences and would recommend the hotel.

The guest found this a good hotel in an excellent location, though weekends were very busy with local visitors. It felt more like a business hotel than other Andaz properties they knew. Breakfast, especially the Korean dishes, was excellent, and they appreciated Joseph at reception and the other friendly staff.
