The guests enjoyed the atmosphere and excellent breakfast. Their bathroom was small, but friendly, welcoming service throughout, especially from bell and valet staff, left a positive impression.

The guests chose the hotel for its history and Upper Town location and loved the views. Gold-level service was excellent, but their executive suite felt tired, with too few sockets, a tiny bathroom and very limited lighting. The minibar's weight-sensor system also annoyed them.
