After stays in three- and four-bedroom residences between 2022 and 2024, the advisor valued Fairmont Heritage Place Mayakoba for combining generous living space and private pools with access to the neighbouring resort. Daily housekeeping, replenishment and attentive butlers made the residences easy to use. Complimentary bicycles, golf-cart transport and canal boat tours were particular favourites. The clubhouse, pools, gym and padel court supplemented the Fairmont’s beach club, restaurants and pools. They enjoyed separately charged private-chef meals, especially Mexican and Thai menus. Ground-floor three-bedroom residences had more outdoor space and lawn than middle-floor equivalents. Four-bedroom penthouses offered larger pool and dining terraces, with some also including an additional level with a hot tub. Kitchens and the wider Mayakoba restaurant selection gave the stays flexibility.
