For their 25th wedding anniversary trip, the couple had asked their travel adviser for memorable accommodation and felt Baglioni Hotel Regina delivered. They were warmly greeted from arrival onward, and reception knew about their requests for a king-size bed and extra-large bathrobes. A surprise upgrade gave them a grand suite with a sofa, two armchairs, a desk, drawers and three good-sized wardrobes. The bathroom had a tub, separate full shower and room for both to get ready. Evening room preparation and room service for ice or food were excellent. They felt thoroughly pampered.

The guest found the hotel clean, the staff very nice and the location excellent, but described breakfast as very poor and the rooms as very noisy. The lift was out of order, so they had to carry their luggage upstairs. They say they stayed only one night. They would probably choose another hotel.
