The guests found this a quaint, slightly tucked-away hotel that became easier to navigate from once they understood the city. Finding the building would have been difficult without earlier reviews. Their clean room had just enough space for two single beds and a small table with two chairs. The bathroom was adequate, but the shower was small. Staff were kind, morning pastries arrived in a basket outside the door and tea and coffee could be made in the room.

The guests liked the location, comfortable beds and cleanliness. Check-in took place at a separate location before they went to the inn, and communication with the manager through WhatsApp was easy. When the washing machine stopped mid-cycle, they had to use a laundromat; the manager sent someone to meet them there and covered the washing cost.
