The guest described a chic, central hotel with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, quality toiletries and professional staff who helped international visitors. The surrounding luxury-shopping district reminded them of New York's Fifth Avenue; they felt very safe walking alone at any time and found plenty of restaurants where they could eat without reservations. Breakfast on the terrace was included in their stay, with plenty of dishes they considered healthy and espresso or cappuccino made to order. They walked to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Pantheon, using Uber when necessary for the Colosseum, Vatican Museums and St Peter's Basilica. They cautioned that taxis could be expensive and rated the hotel five stars.
