After some initial culture shock that the guests had expected, they found the staff very friendly and helpful and the hotel clean. The amenities they wanted were included in their rate. Public transport and many appealing places to eat were nearby, and the hotel breakfast offered good value at that price point.

The guests found the staff friendly and helpful and their room clean and comfortable. Luggage storage before check-in and after checkout was useful, as were the good restaurants nearby. Being near the red-light district made walking at night feel somewhat uncomfortable to them.
