The guest was very disappointed with the booking. On arrival, staff described the property as a “smart” hotel with largely self-service arrangements: no bell service or concierge, and housekeeping had to be requested within the hotel’s time window. When the guest questioned its advertised four-plus-star positioning, they reported being told that it was a franchise hotel without a rating. The room itself was pleasant and functional for somewhere to sleep, but the service model did not meet their expectations.
