The guest enjoyed welcoming, attentive staff and good restaurants in an atmosphere suited to disconnecting and recharging. The peaceful visit made them want to return.

The guests felt the stay did not justify the price despite genuinely warm service, good restaurants, in-room dining and an excellent spa. Blackout curtains would not close, bathroom lights would not turn off or dim and water was lukewarm; each fault was quickly fixed, but repeated maintenance calls frustrated them. Two invitations to a breakfast presentation about residence suites felt intrusive. More seriously, they reported a severe hand injury involving a heavy wooden lounger that required hospital treatment. The medical team responded promptly, and a concierge accompanied them to hospital and helped obtain care supplies afterward. They appreciated that support but would not choose another Nobu property.
