The guests enjoyed the calm design, an upgrade through their advisor and a welcoming reception for their toddler. They found the short airport journey convenient and their hotel-arranged babysitter well prepared. Food was expensive, and they wanted a more casual family lunch or dinner option, although children's menus and accommodating staff helped.
