On a complimentary two-night May 2026 stay offered in recognition of group bookings, the advisor again enjoyed Miraval Berkshires. Experience planners and reception handled early arrivals and late departures well. A restaurant hostess was sometimes less pleasant when the advisor changed tables to join others, but service was otherwise strong. The Serenity Cottage room and bedding impressed. A sound-focused massage and Qi Radiance treatment were highlights, with hot tubs, sauna and relaxation rooms worth leaving time for. Paid watercolor-and-wine and sound-meditation activities were enjoyable. The included yoga, flexibility sessions and lectures were good, but fewer included choices were available than on a previous visit. Food was healthy and good rather than extraordinary. Friendly drivers made the Hartford airport transfers pleasant. The advisor remained keen to return with groups, combining shared time with individual interests.

Professional working relationship

Through repeated client bookings at Miraval Berkshires, the advisor found the team especially good to work with. One couple liked to return about every three months. The hotel made considerable efforts to accommodate one client's gluten-free diet, and the couple consistently praised the food and services. From their stays, they came to prefer Gingko Suites for their location and light. The advisor's confidence came from this continuing booking relationship and the clients' repeated positive feedback.
