Advisor stayed overnight
Reported visit · March 2026
During a March 2026 family familiarization stay at Meadowood, the advisor enjoyed a Treeline Suite with separate living space and a sofa bed. The intimate wooded setting and rooms with fireplaces, marble bathrooms and Flamingo Estate products were appealing. The advisor praised Forum's food and the spa facilities, while noting their high prices. Three pools, tennis and wine education added variety; there was no pickleball and the fire-damaged onsite golf course was unusable. Local club members made weekends busier than weekdays. Accessibility was a major limitation: all current accommodation was on the hillside and required stairs. Even the lower room assigned to the family with young children and strollers involved two flights. There were no connecting rooms or two-bedroom suites. The advisor described concierge help with winery visits, restaurant reservations and babysitting as part of the service offering. The house car served dinner outings, with winery transport arranged separately. At the visit, inventory was limited to thirty-six rooms and rebuilding after the 2020 fires was expected to begin that year, with an estimated three- to five-year timetable. The advisor liked the property for cozy couples' trips and families using summer outdoor facilities.
