During three January 2025 nights at Mandapa in Ubud, the advisor was impressed by exceptional warmth and attention to detail in a peaceful setting of rice fields and the Ayung River. Their booking used a then-available stay-three-pay-two promotion with half board. They had booked a STARS rate and held Ambassador status, and received an upgrade to a One-Bedroom River Suite with serene views and luxurious finishes. The advisor found the resort so relaxing that they barely left, and had already booked another Bali trip to return and explore Ubud more. Service and the sense of a sanctuary made it a personal favorite.
