The advisor’s October 2025 stay at Lefay Resort & SPA Dolomiti left a mixed impression. Their exceptionally spacious, well-planned room was the clear strength, with dining and sitting areas, sensible luggage space, a large bath, separate shower and enclosed toilet. Fruit, a fireplace and anniversary Prosecco added welcome touches. Beyond the room, however, the experience disappointed. The included breakfast had a large selection but felt crowded and chaotic, with weak food quality and service. The advisor was also uncomfortable seeing many guests handle shared buffet items. The casual restaurant seemed ordinary, while the fine-dining restaurant felt particularly underwhelming in atmosphere and service. The spa was busy, overstimulating and difficult to navigate, and a pronounced chlorine-like smell extended into parts of the hotel. The advisor saw the family-friendly, lively atmosphere as better suited to guests prioritising space than to those seeking deep quiet, refined service or a restorative luxury wellness retreat.
