Advisor site inspection
Reported visit · June 2026
Returning for a June 2026 inspection roughly ten years after an earlier visit, the advisor was disappointed by the very dated rooms and interiors at Hotel Marqués de Riscal. The grounds remained beautiful, and the Elciego location in Rioja was a strong point. At the hotel’s high price level, however, the advisor would struggle to recommend it before refurbishment. The property also appeared to them to cater to corporate groups.
