The rooms felt surprisingly quiet, with useful workspaces and generous marble bathrooms. Apartment-like Signature Suites with separate living areas and kitchenettes offered flexibility for families. Green Bar, Cakes and Bubbles and the Oscar Wilde Grill provided varied dining experiences, while Akasha Spa felt like a calm retreat beneath the city. The knowledgeable team explained room layouts, partner benefits and suite inclusions clearly, including chauffeur arrangements associated with selected suites. Dining and spa reservations were well coordinated. The advisor liked the creative, welcoming atmosphere and would recommend it to guests wanting a central hotel with personality.
