The family of five loved the pools, water park and lazy river, good food and drinks, twice-daily housekeeping and shuttles to Disney parks. During their stay, children under five ate free at the hotel restaurants and their booking included a $110 daily breakfast allowance, which covered their family’s breakfast comfortably.

The family loved the welcoming staff and wide choice of children’s activities: lobby slides and arrival kits, a snack and ice-cream café, splash pad, sports courts, climbing wall, water slides and games around the hotel. Pool food and an evening poolside film were highlights. Their king room with sofa bed worked for two adults and two children but was not large, and they would choose two beds as the children grew. Free water, thorough daily cleaning and evening service were appreciated. A dedicated Disney concierge, park transport schedule and Minnie Vans made outings easy. The character brunch was pleasant rather than exceptional, with good food and characters; Ravello’s Italian food and service impressed on two visits. They would return for another Disney trip.

The family praised the warm, respectful staff, grounds, restaurants and especially pool service. An upgrade to a lower-floor lake/park-view room brought memorable Epcot and Magic Kingdom fireworks views from the balcony. The room was spacious and comfortable, but insufficient cooling and a motion-controlled system that stopped during sleep made nights too warm. Baby equipment requested in advance had not reached the room, so staff had to gather it after arrival. They quickly supplied a crib, changing table, bottle warmer and sterilizer, plus small gifts, although the sterilizer needed descaling before use. Despite these preparation and temperature issues, the overall stay felt luxurious.
