Advisor site inspection · Advisor stayed overnight
Reported visit · September 2025
After a brief September 2025 familiarization stay and a broad room-category inspection, the advisor was strongly impressed by Four Seasons Rabat. Their account traced the former sultan’s summer residence through an eight-year reconstruction to its autumn 2024 hotel opening. Eleven buildings, four historic, stood within roughly twelve landscaped acres by the ocean, but without a beach. They described 160 rooms, 40 suites and a private villa in the former royal home, plus three restaurants, three lounges, two pools, spa, fitness facilities, event space and a children’s club. Rooms from entry level to Presidential Suite felt spacious, beautifully furnished and well equipped, whether facing gardens or sea. Dinner at Verdello stood out for Italian cooking and house-made bread, pasta, pastries and gelato; breakfast at Flamme also impressed. The advisor saw broad appeal for couples, families and business travelers, particularly as a resort-like pause before or after flights through Casablanca, about an hour away in their account.
