As a repeat guest and booking advisor, reporting an August 2025 stay at Four Seasons New Orleans, the advisor liked the riverfront location near the French Quarter and Warehouse District, the striking Chandelier Bar and the comfortable rooms and bedding. Family layouts required attention: Superior rooms could not take rollaways, while Premium rooms varied in sofa-bed provision and space for an extra bed. Executive Suites separated living and sleeping areas. Train noise was a concern. The advisor reported glazing improvements in affected river-view rooms, but personally heard trains at night and in the morning in a city-view suite, so would request a quiet room. The heated rooftop pool, cabanas, gym and spa were strong points, with cabana inclusions varying by adult or family package. Miss River and Chemin à la Mer were favorites for food. In client work, the sales team carefully recorded preferences, personalized welcome gifts and helped with upgrade and arrival/departure requests when possible. These attentive arrangements remained a major reason for recommending the property.

The former World Trade Center setting at Canal Street and the Mississippi paired restored marble with the striking Chandelier Bar. The spacious Superior King had a very comfortable bed, thoughtful storage and a marble bathroom with tub and separate shower. The advisor praised Chemin à la Mer and Miss River and particularly recommended the latter's Sunday jazz brunch. The heated crescent pool and whirlpool, spa and gym were further strengths, with memorable river views after dark. Concierge assistance and unusual tailored experiences were highly praised. The advisor saw strong appeal for couples and friends, and potentially families, especially when off-season prices offered better value.
