Dining was excellent; Le Cinq reservations were difficult to secure without help from the hotel, and the sommelier took care to match wine to the advisor’s preferences. Breakfast offered both buffet and menu choices. The main practical criticism was an airport-transfer quote around three times an alternative provider’s price. Separately, in client work, the reservations team patiently handled a complicated card-payment issue and numerous calls. Both the own stay and professional relationship left a strong service impression.
