For an El Encanto client booking, the advisor praised a sales team that quickly confirmed an upgrade and chose a ground-floor room directly by the pool to meet mobility needs. The client loved the room’s marble double-vanity bathroom, blackout curtains and very comfortable bed, along with a citrus welcome basket and handwritten note. The atmosphere felt warm and elegant without formality. Staff created a personal mocktail and later made an effort to reproduce it exactly, contacting the original waiter for the recipe. A same-day dinner reservation was also arranged easily through the front desk. Helpful preparation and attentive service made this a favorite Santa Barbara recommendation. The client preferred it to Rosewood Miramar, where they had stayed, and Bacara, which they had visited.
