A late arrival still brought quick check-in and clear explanations of partner benefits and hotel hours. Contemporary interiors, high ceilings and lobby art appealed, and service was consistently good, though no complicated requests tested it. Concert-themed welcome gifts on both nights were a particularly thoughtful touch for the advisor and a teenage daughter. Capital One Arena was an easy walk through CityCenterDC and Chinatown; they felt comfortable walking back amid the post-concert crowds. Ride-hailing was readily available, while the bus opposite proved useful for Georgetown in heavy traffic. Nearby designer shops added to the location’s appeal, and the advisor would happily return.

Sakura Club made the strongest impression and was, in the advisor’s view, worth booking: service felt warm and personal, with chef-prepared dishes, snacks and drinks available throughout the day. Fridges of takeaway drinks and grab-and-go snack bags were especially useful before sightseeing. Floor-to-ceiling windows brought natural light and attractive views over Washington’s rooftops.
