The guest loved the clean hotel and excellent food but had to evacuate on the second day because of a hurricane. They understood this was outside the hotel's control, yet wished for a goodwill gesture such as a future-stay discount. They hoped to return in better circumstances.

The guests liked the hotel, grounds and pool, with routes working well for their wheelchair use over longer distances. Hot weather made pool and ocean temperatures pleasant to them. Staff were friendly; their assigned butler never met them but texted daily and arranged requested berries. Food was good rather than exceptional, viewed alongside their dietary needs, and they wanted better guidance to outside restaurants. Room service was prompt and made breakfast easier.
