During a May 2026 inspection of Conrad Orlando at Evermore, the advisor saw appeal for travelers wanting Disney nearby without staying at a Disney property. Contemporary interiors and views over the lagoon’s white sand and turquoise water made a strong impression. The tour included the spa’s private water garden, the Conrad Suite and family suites with built-in bunk beds, spacious bathrooms and, in some cases, large walk-in closets. Rooms offered attractive pool or lagoon balcony views, good bedding, marble bathrooms and quality toiletries. The advisor found staff warmly attentive, including careful handling of dietary requests and small details such as chilled pool towels. Ceiba’s rooftop Mexican dining was a highlight, with regional dishes, fresh tortillas, cocktails and views across Evermore Bay toward the parks.

After one night at Conrad Orlando in September 2025, the advisor recommended it for couples and families wanting resort time before or after a cruise or Disney visit. The lagoon was warm during the stay but unheated; paddling offered another way to enjoy it in cooler months, and an hour’s daily rental was included then. Staff were very friendly and immediately recognized the Virtuoso booking, with macarons as a welcome amenity and an appreciated breakfast benefit. The advisor did not receive a room upgrade. The garden-view room faced parking, a road and woodland, so a pool- or lagoon-facing balcony seemed the better choice. Restaurants and cocktails were excellent but expensive; more casual Evermore restaurants across the lagoon looked better suited to dining with a young child and offered lower prices. A free Disney shuttle added convenience.
