During a March 2026 family stay, the advisor received an upgrade from Junior Suite to a full suite through their preferred-partner booking. The space and construction detail were impressive, and the bed and bathroom were excellent. Daily changing incense and essential-oil scents were appreciated touches. The rooftop pool and bar had a beautiful setting, but the pool did not feel like a conventional swimming pool and seemed unheated. Meals in the main restaurant were merely acceptable at breakfast and dinner. Although the advisor still rated the hotel highly within Puebla and would return, the service and amenities did not deliver the exceptional experience they had anticipated.
