The advisor’s October 2022 stay took place before the property became Awasi Mendoza. Large, beautiful rooms, fires lit on request in the living area and rooftop space, and attractive grounds made a strong impression. They enjoyed restaurant dining, a cooking class, dinner on their upstairs terrace and a tango performance, wishing their busy schedule had left more hotel time. The honeymoon-package wine bath was less appealing, and the plunge pool did not look clean enough for them to use. They tried no other spa treatments. Apart from those reservations, it was a wonderful historical stay.
