On an April 2026 stay and inspection at Aurora Anguilla, the advisor found a strong family-activity resort with spacious but somewhat dated rooms. They preferred Rendezvous for its beach and St. Martin views, despite needing quick shuttles to the waterpark and entertainment side. New Merrywing villas were then under construction, with staged bookings discussed and roughly another year anticipated; early guests might face nearby work. Dining variety, coffee and gelato, pools, tennis, pickleball, mini-golf, cinema and basketball gave families plenty to do. Golf included a child-friendly par-three option, with breakfast attached to the described tee arrangements. Staff and the VIP team communicated exceptionally well. The location was not walkable to local restaurants or other beaches, so a car, Moke or costly taxis were needed. The advisor found the décor less locally distinctive, but the amenities and beach setting remained appealing.
