The guest enjoyed the hotel and its location for exploring the Newport area. They noted two separate buildings and suggested confirming the correct one. Parking for one car was free during their stay. The beach was about a block away, and the Cliff Walk could be reached on foot.

The guests liked the clean room, friendly staff and easy walk to the beach. They noted a small indoor pool. Their criticisms were a very soft bed, odd little square pillows and no bicycle storage. They left the bicycles on their own rack overnight without incident.
