The guest found this a beautiful, luxurious boutique hotel within walking distance of the Acropolis and other historic sights. Staff were friendly and helpful. Acropolis views from Sense restaurant on the seventh-floor terrace were particularly memorable both in the morning and at night.

The guest found employees kind and accommodating, but their room was dirty, smelled unpleasant and had non-functioning air conditioning. The stay did not meet their expectations of a five-star luxury experience, and they would not recommend the hotel.
