The guests waited 50 minutes to check in. After unpacking, they found partly eaten chicken wings in a corner and had to change rooms. Even the replacement room had crumbs on the floor and dust. They found the rooms old and run-down and were disappointed with the cleanliness.

The guests found the hotel beautiful, enjoyed the waterpark and liked their spacious, comfortable room layout. They thought food prices were excessive for the quality. Reception staff felt somewhat cold to them, although the other employees they met were lovely.
