The guests liked the location outside downtown. Walking might have been possible, but after days in Glacier National Park they preferred the roughly four-minute drive, with free parking. They described a basic, practical hotel with plenty of hanging space and effective air conditioning. They noticed a firepit and sauna behind the hotel, which connected directly to a waterside walking path. They would recommend it and stay again.

The guests found the hotel very clean and updated, with a spacious room, but the sofa or bench was uncomfortable. After hiking, they wanted somewhere comfortable to sit without dirtying the bed. Parking worked well even with a food truck sharing the lot, and lobby coffee was very good. They found an exchange at reception odd: asked for a café recommendation in town, the employee could suggest none and did not know the places on their itinerary. They wondered whether she was new locally or did not drink coffee. About an hour later, after finding their checkout contact details, she phoned with a recommendation. They did not call it a bad experience, just an unusual one.
