The guests thought the hotel broadly matched its price. Their taxi driver, who said he had lived in Athens for 60 years, described the city as generally safe but expressed reservations about this neighbourhood; this was the driver's opinion. The check-in area and lobby were attractive and clean. Their room was only adequate: carpets in the room and hallway were stained, there was a slight musty smell, and the refrigerator had been switched off, leaving the complimentary drinks at room temperature. They enjoyed the rooftop bar and breakfast service and felt the bedding and linens were clean.

The guests liked the hotel's appearance from outside and appreciated staff storing their belongings and offering snacks and drinks. Their room, however, felt very dated, and extensive carpet stains made it feel unpleasant. They found the location convenient for walking around and exploring Athens.
