The guest found this a very convenient Tower Hill base, close to pubs, places to eat and drink, and the Underground. The room was spacious and comfortable. Helpful staff stored their bags while they explored the city, and they also enjoyed the food at the hotel bar and restaurant.

For two adults travelling with two young teenagers, the sofa bed option was useful. The guests liked being a couple of blocks from the Tower of London and Tower Hill Underground station. They enjoyed the hotel breakfast buffet and a coffee shop on the corner. They did not consider this a five-star hotel, but gave their stay top marks for the convenient location, friendly service and reasonable cost.
