The guests loved the modern, spotless hotel and its many facilities: a 7-Eleven, laundry, café, breakfast buffet, rooftop pool and very clean public bath. The in-room television let them check available washing machines and how busy the bath was in real time. They also liked being within walking distance of Dotonbori, shops and attractions, and strongly recommended the hotel.

The guests liked the location near the subway and Osaka sights. Their three-bed room used the space efficiently, and the on-site supermarket and parking were useful. They understood the need to reserve a one-hour rooftop-pool slot but were disappointed that admission also cost extra per person during their stay.
