The guest found the hotel beautiful, with spotless rooms and a location convenient for walking to shops, restaurants and nearby beaches. Staff made the stay exceptional, especially Veronica at reception. A delayed flight and missed connection unexpectedly meant two extra nights in Palma. Although the hotel initially had space for only one, Veronica managed to arrange both, easing a very stressful situation with kindness and professionalism. The guest would happily stay again.

Friendly, thoughtful staff helped with restaurant ideas and transport to destinations outside town. The guests liked the central Old Town location and their spacious, airy, peaceful room.
