The hotel worked well for a one-night stop before an early meeting, with a convenient location and helpful staff. The guest received a room upgrade on this visit. The room was comfortable, very clean and stocked with quality Byredo toiletries. Facilities were adequate, but a late arrival meant finding no late-night room service. Breakfast was average.

A friendly, accommodating welcome from Isabella and personal attention from front-office supervisor Geethaka made the guests feel valued. Geethaka remembered their names and asked about their stay and day. They found the hotel very clean, the room comfortable and well equipped, and breakfast excellent. The location offered plenty of restaurants and shops, and they would return.
