The family found the resort beautiful, peaceful and well integrated into Sanur’s lush surroundings, with a relaxed sense of luxury. Arrival was the weak point: despite a hotel-arranged airport transfer, their room was delayed considerably beyond normal check-in time after an overnight journey with a toddler. With no real air-conditioned waiting lounge, the wait was uncomfortable. The rest of the stay made up for it. They received a room upgrade and loved the quiet, private location of the room. Staff were warm, friendly and genuinely helpful. The unlimited à-la-carte breakfast was a highlight, especially for the vegetarian in the group, whose initial concerns gave way to appreciation of the variety and quality. They found the atmosphere calm and family-friendly and would happily return.

The guest recommended the hotel for a few easy, relaxing days after a longer Bali or Indonesia trip. The grounds, facilities and hotel were very good overall, but the location limited alternative places to eat without taking taxis. Their room was lovely yet did not quite match its description. The gym was a fair walk away in the neighbouring Hyatt grounds.
