The guests enjoyed a relaxing stay with time on the beach and in the sun. They praised the spacious, attractive rooms and facilities, together with the welcoming, helpful staff.
Stay ended · April 2025
The family loved the beautiful setting on an island they found less developed than Phuket, with more of a glimpse of local life. Their huge room had children’s bunk beds, a full-size fridge and a large balcony. Staff were lovely in person, but replies through the Anantara app, which guests were asked to use, were slow. Housekeeping was inconsistent: water supplies varied from six bottles to one, and turndown came on some nights without an obvious pattern. They liked the restaurants but could only secure dinner reservations at the main restaurant, Pakarang. Lunch at The Beach Restaurant was enjoyable; a return for dinner proved impossible, and one app reservation request went unanswered. They considered it good for families, while warning that it could feel noisy and crowded with young children.
