Comfortable rooms, kind staff and the daily Disneyland shuttle made this a good stay. The only minor annoyance was the flimsy shuttle wristband: adults received just one, were told it could not be replaced, and had to keep it on day and night because it could not be removed and reused. Removable bands would have been preferable, although by the third day the guests barely noticed them.

The hotel was so large that the guests lost their way finding their room, and the beds were firmer than they personally liked. They noted that parking and breakfast depended on the booking channel: Disney bookings could include them, whereas their account cited a $25 parking charge for third-party bookings such as Expedia. They appreciated the complimentary Disneyland shuttle, which they understood was available regardless of booking channel. These were the arrangements described for that visit.
