The guests liked the spacious, well-appointed rooms and breakfast buffet included in their stay. The harbor was a pleasant 10–15-minute walk along the waterfront, and baggage transfers to and from the ferry were provided during their visit. Check-in was on time. They found Old Town easy to reach while enjoying a quieter setting outside it.

The guests enjoyed the pool, beach access, location and on-site lunch restaurant and bar. Their room, however, had an unpleasant smell each day, which they suspected was linked to faulty air conditioning. There was construction outside the room on arrival. They asked to move on the second morning but were told the hotel was full. Staff sometimes seemed overwhelmed and unfriendly.
