The guests liked the easy access from the station and nearby lake. Staff were excellent, allowing an 11am check-in during their visit and selling Mount Pilatus tickets at reception. The breakfast buffet offered plenty of choice, but eggs and bacon were undercooked for their taste. Their room was fairly small, especially with large luggage. They found the hotel convenient but felt these room and breakfast limitations lowered their overall assessment to about 3.5.

The guest liked the location, welcoming staff and quiet, clean rooms. The room felt a little small for the price, though they thought this might reflect Swiss pricing more generally.
