The guest found the resort beautiful and convenient, with easy access to bicycle rentals and dining. A blueberry festival was taking place during their stay. They recommend it.

The guest appreciated an upgrade to a Black Diamond Club-level room, but lounge access was not included. The hotel was reportedly full, yet most restaurants did not feel overcrowded. The Asian restaurant opened on only one evening of their stay. Staff had said it was first come, first served but had not explained the opening-time waitlist; when they arrived, 20 groups were ahead and they never dined there. Rentals, lift tickets, ski storage, mountain-host check-in and coffee and sundry shops on site were convenient, and staff were friendly and attentive. They recommend the location for skiing but distinguish access from true ski-out: reaching the lift or tram required walking, though they considered a return on skis possible with enough momentum.
