The guests did not enjoy the stay. The expected balcony room was not provided. At around 7pm there was no staff to welcome or check them in; entry codes came by email, making access dependent on seeing that message. They disliked the included breakfast supplies of wrapped cold cuts and cheese, yogurt and uncooked eggs, as well as the bread delivered to the door. The apartment was spacious overall, but the bathroom was narrow, the bedroom tight and the living area unnecessary for them. The lift often seemed unresponsive. Staff were not rude and nothing seriously disrupted the stay, but they would not recommend it.

The guests enjoyed the apartment's location, with sights and restaurants an easy walk away. It was clean, spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and useful washer-dryer. Breakfast supplies were plentiful and replenished daily, along with fresh bread delivered each day. A daytime receptionist was available, but they caution that it would not suit someone needing room service or a 24-hour reception.
